The state-of-the-art composition of DEFINE IT LADY® includes, among others, SINETROL®, a patented citrus fruit and guarana extract, whose effects have been confirmed by clinical trials, and comprehensively tested L-carnitine. Both of these compounds support one another’s effects. The following ingredients of SINETROL® get to work: polyphenols, with their antioxidative properties, and guarana extract, which accelerates lipolysis, i.e. this facilitates the breakdown of triglycerides found in the fat tissue cells (adipocytes) into free fatty acids and glycerol. Secondly, the effects of L-carnitine kick in, which allows the transport of fatty acids across the inner mitochondrial membrane into the matrix of the energy centre of the cell, where the compounds are decomposed. The effect of carnitine is reinforced by caffeine which stimulates the process of lypolysis, green coffee extract (standardised for 50% content of chlorogenic acid CGA),green tea extract (with strong antioxidative properties 1,2, supplemented with additional guarana fruit extract.
Increasing the pace of thermogenesis can also prove to be very effective. It means considerably faster results attributable, for instance, to the increase of the caloric expenditure during rest, which is associated with the raising of the body's temperature. Thermogenesis and the fat tissue metabolism are additionally stimulated by the black pepper extract, containing as much as 95% of piperine, and by the cayenne pepper extractstandardised for 8% content of capsaicin which additionally stimulates the absorption of the remaining active ingredients found in the preparation.
The weight-loss properties of the preparation are enhanced by the raspberry extract (standardised for 98% content of raspberry ketones) which helps control the appetite, and by chromium picolinate, an organic compound of the element, which facilitates the maintenance of a proper concentration of glucose in the blood and is crucial for the correct processes of conversion of carbohydrates and fats 3,4. The activity of those ingredients allows easier control over the quantity and quality of food consumed and helps reduce the appetite for sweets.
